How much space is required for the booth?

We ideally require a minimum 10’ x 10’ space for optimal guest flow and backdrop setup.

We can work in slightly smaller spaces depending on the booth type, but 10x10 allows for the best experience, lighting, and line management.

Ceiling height of at least 8 feet is recommended.

We’re experienced working with a wide range of venues.

If your venue has:
• Tight layouts
• Load-in restrictions
• Time constraints
• Power limitations

Please notify us early so we can coordinate logistics smoothly.

Do you offer outdoor events?

Yes, we can operate outdoors with proper conditions.

For outdoor events, you must provide:
• Full shade coverage
• A flat, stable surface
• Access to power (unless discussed in advance)

Our equipment can overheat in direct sun.
If shade is not provided, we can supply a tent for an additional fee.

Weather-related risks must be discussed prior to booking.

What is the difference between Build Your Best Event and Drop & Go Photo Booth?

Build Your Best Event is our full-service, attended booth experience featuring full coverage with booth attendants and premium enhancements.

Drop And  Go Photo Booth is our self-serve digital fleet, designed for budget-conscious events that want a simple, modern setup without an attendant.

Both brands are owned and operated by our team. Drop And Go is simply our streamlined option.

How much is the deposit and when is payment due?

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date.

The remaining balance is due 10 days before your event.

We do not hold dates without a signed agreement and retainer.

Do guests receive prints and digital copies?

Yes.

For Print Booth experiences:
• Unlimited prints during service time
• Instant digital sharing
• Full digital gallery after the event

For Digital Booth experiences:
• Instant digital sharing
• Full digital gallery after the event

Can you customize the photo overlay to match our event theme?

Absolutely. Every booking includes a custom overlay design tailored to your event aesthetic, brand, or theme.

You will review and approve your design prior to the event.

Do you require power?

Yes. We require access to one standard outlet within 25 feet of the setup area.

If power access is limited, please discuss this with us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

Are your booths staffed?

All Booth Experiences are fully attended by a professional booth attendant.

Drop & Go Photo Booth units are self-serve and delivered without an attendant.

Certain premium activations may require additional staffing for optimal guest flow.

What is your cancellation policy?

Your 50% retainer is non-refundable, as your date is reserved exclusively for you.

In certain circumstances, rescheduling may be permitted based on availability.


How far do you travel?

We service Michigan and Ohio.

Travel within our standard 60 mile service radius is included.

Events outside this area may incur a travel fee.

Please provide your venue address when inquiring for an accurate proposal.



Do you offer free or sponsored events?

At this time, we are not accepting unpaid or complimentary event bookings.

Occasionally, we may initiate strategic partnerships or sponsored collaborations aligned with our brand vision. In those cases, we reach out directly to organizations or planners that align with our ideal client profile.
