Will someone be there to help us operate the booth?

Yes, setup time is included in all of our packages! We arrive 1-2 hours before the event to ensure the 360 photo booth is fully ready for your guests. This means you don’t need to worry about any additional charges for setup. Everything is handled so your event can kick off without a hitch!

How long does it take to set up the 360 photo booth? 

Our standard setup time for the 360 photo booth is between 1 to 2 hours before your event begins. This allows us to ensure everything is perfectly arranged, from the booth itself to the lighting, props, and any custom overlays. We also take 1 hour for tear down after the event to pack up equipment and leave the venue in great shape. Our team is committed to making sure your event runs smoothly, so we handle all the logistics, giving you one less thing to worry about!

When will we get the videos? 

You will receive a link to an online gallery with all your videos within 24 hours, allowing you to download them at your convenience. Additionally, during the event, guests can email or text their videos directly from the booth to their phones and post them to social media instantly. This way, you and your guests can enjoy and share the fun in real-time!

What space and power requirements do I need? 

For the 360 photo booth, we require a 10x10 space to ensure enough room for the booth, equipment, and guest interaction. Additionally, we need access to one standard 3-prong electrical outlet to power the booth. This setup helps us provide the best experience for you and your guests! If you need a generator, please reach out to us. 

Is there a travel fee? 

We offer free travel for events within 60 miles of our location. For events beyond 60 miles, we charge a travel fee of $2 per mile (one way).  For example, if your event is 70 miles away from our location, we would charge for the 10 extra miles beyond the 60-mile free travel radius. So, the travel fee would be 10 miles x $2, totaling $20 for one-way travel.

Is there an additional cost for the photo overlay design? 

No, there is no additional cost for the photo overlay design! We offer a collection of templates for you to choose from, or we can create a custom overlay from scratch to match your event theme. You’ll also have the option to customize the text and even add a song if you’d like, ensuring the overlay perfectly complements your event.

Can I add idle time? 

Yes, you can add idle time to your booking! Please reach out to us for pricing details.

Idle time refers to any period during your event when the photo booth is set up but not in use. For example, if you want the booth ready before guests arrive or paused during speeches or dinner, idle time allows for this without breaking down the equipment. You can schedule the booth to resume when you're ready for more fun!

How many videos can we take? 

You can take unlimited videos during your event! Your guests are free to use the 360 photo booth as much as they’d like. 

Can we book your booth all day or multiple days? 

Yes, you can book our booth for all-day events or multiple days! We offer all-day pricing and provide a discounted rate for multi-day bookings.
