Will someone be there to help us operate the booth?
Yes! You will have an attendant available for the digital selfie booth! Our attendant can assist every guest by clicking "Tap to Start," or they can remain on-site to help with any issues while staying off to the side, depending on your preference. We’re flexible and can tailor the experience to meet your needs.
If you’re hosting your event at a public venue in Ann Arbor or Toledo, you can also request a drop-off without an attendant at a reduced rate. This option allows for a more intimate experience for you and your guests. The booth is super easy to use, and for drop-offs, we can stay for the first 30 minutes to guide you and ensure everything runs smoothly!

The main difference between the digital selfie booth and the Snap + Print booth lies in their features and intended use.
The digital selfie booth uses an iPad, providing great quality for digital photos and social sharing without the use of flash photography. It’s perfect for events where immediate social media sharing is a priority.
On the other hand, the Snap + Print booth offers the highest quality photos, making it ideal for printing. It uses flash photography with a 24.2 Megapixel camera, ensuring stunning image clarity. You can also rent the Snap + Print booth without the printing option if you prefer high-quality digital photos that you can print on your own.
With both booths, you will receive access to all the digital photos taken during your event, so you can share and enjoy the memories however you like!

If you would like prints, we recommend booking our Snap + Print booth, which provides high-quality printed photos alongside digital copies. This way, you can enjoy both instant prints and digital memories!

Yes, corporate clients can receive a CSV or PDF file containing the email addresses or phone numbers of their guests who used the booth.

How much room does the booth need? Do you need a power source?
We need a space of 6x8 feet for the booth to operate comfortably. Additionally, we require access to a standard 3-prong power outlet. If you don't have one available, we can provide an adapter. We also bring a 75-foot extension cord, which we can tape down to ensure safety.
Please be mindful of where you place the booth, as it will attract a high volume of traffic. We recommend positioning the backdrop against a wall and ensuring it's about 4 feet away from the booth for optimal use. If space is tight, the prop table can be placed to the side of the booth or right in front.
For outdoor events or locations without power, we can provide a generator for an additional cost. Please contact us for more details!

You will have 1-2 hours with the booth where we will take nice family photos that you can send with your Christmas cards and naughty photos for the family to share. Our express service includes your choice of holiday overlay, a standard backdrop, holiday props and unlimited photos during your event. You will also have access to the digital photos and original photos without the overlay!
